The quickest and most convenient way to Report a Repair is to report it via your online account. By doing it this way, not only can you report a repair, but you can see all ongoing repairs, your repair history and much more.

If your repair is an emergency, please phone 01684 272727. If you've reported a problem with your boiler, please remove any items underneath it so no damage is caused.
