Other ways to pay

Setting up a Direct Debit is the easiest and most efficient way for you to pay your rent, and if you sign up to access your account online you can check your rent balance at any time.

To set up a Direct Debit over the phone, call 01684 272727, press option 1, then option 3. You will need your, bank account number, sort code and the name of the account holder.

Call 01684 272727, press option 1, then option 1. To use the Allpay automated payment line you will need to have your rent card ready.

By contacting Allpay via 01684 272727, you will not be charged their call rates.

If you have lost or damaged your rent card, unfortunately we are no longer able to replace or issue rent cards as a method of payment .  However there are other ways to pay your rent which you will find much more convenient and easy to use.  These are listed above with guides on how to use them.
