We are dealing with 'No Heating' repairs only today & our repairs teams are doing their very best to reach customers. Certain areas – Bishops Cleeve, Winchcombe, Snowshill, Apperly and other outlying villages - are out of reach at moment.
We are not carrying out planned gas servicing visits today.

Urgent repairs are being given priority during this exceptionally cold weather, to ensure customers stay safe, warm and well.
Customers with enquiries that are not urgent are being asked to contact Severn Vale Housing by going online, rather than telephoning the office.
Sue McLachlan, customer services manager, said: "We're giving priority to customers with urgent repair requests - for example, who may have problems with heating or hot water - who are going to be affected by the severe cold weather. So please bear with us if you cannot get through on the phone at the moment, as we are experiencing high call volumes - better still, get in touch with us through your online account, by email or via our Live Chat service on our website."
