Investing in our people

We are investing in our staff by sponsoring seven of them to complete a diploma course in leadership and management.

Chief Executive Tim Knight said: “We’re a forward-thinking organisation and look to grow talent from within the business wherever we can. It takes real energy and commitment to study on top of a full-time job, but it’s an investment worth making – both for my colleagues and for us as a business, so I’m really pleased that we can support people to gain new qualifications as part of their career progression”.

The Level 5 qualification, which is awarded by the Institute of Leadership and Management, takes eighteen months to complete and covers a series of modules, including strategic leadership, building a culture of continuous improvement and managing change.
