We have a range of homes to choose from in various locations across Gloucestershire. If you’ve decided you’d like to move to a Bromford home, you will need to follow our simple allocation process, which is explained below.
Through Gloucestershire Homeseeker Plus you can make up to three bids each week. The weekly bidding cycle ends at midnight on Tuesday each week. All bids for Bromford properties are reviewed as soon as possible and the successful applicant will receive an offer of accommodation by email or phone. Please make sure you check messages as if we are unable to contact you we will re-offer the property.
You will be offered a viewing of the property and we will arrange a sign-up meeting to go through the tenancy agreement and other important documents before you move in. If you fail to attend a viewing/sign-up, or other arranged appointments without giving suitable notice your application will be cancelled and you not qualify for Bromford accommodation for 12 months.
Applicants offered a property are required to pay one weeks rent in advance prior to the tenancy agreement being signed.
We own a number of one and two bedroom apartments, and three and four bedroom houses which are available for market rent. These properties are based on private rented properties and offered on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) basis.
