Making a Complaint, Comment or Compliment

 

We welcome all types of feedback and there are 6 easy ways to make a complaint, comment or compliment:

  • Visit our offices and requesting to see a member staff. Our offices are open Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
  • Participation in our telephone and/or paper based surveys.
  • Complete a customer feedback card when visiting our offices in Shannon Way
