Following customer feedback, Severn Vale Housing has launched an Online Repair Reporting Service for customers to conveniently and easily log repairs online.
The repair reporting tool even provides useful tips and advice! The online repair reporting service helps us to provide you with the best possible service, and we hope that our customers will find it useful.
