Langley Close is an over 60s Retirement Scheme situated in the heart of the historic Cotswold town of Winchcombe. It, like many of our Schemes, encourages and supports independent living but with the added use of communal facilities if required. These facilities include a communal lounge, conservatory, kitchen, laundry room and maintained gardens. The scheme also has a double guest bedroom. The properties situated within this scheme range from 1 bedroom flats, bed recess flats to bungalows. The ‘open deck’ design and conservatory allow the occupiers to enjoy uninterrupted views.
The Scheme Manager is on site 9-2, Monday to Friday providing a ‘friendly neighbour’ service. On top of this service all of the properties are fitted with an emergency pull-cord system which can be activated 24hours a day, 7 days a week. The Scheme Manager also organises weekly events such as Bingo evenings, day trips, coffee mornings and they can also arrange for basic computer lessons. There are 3 styles of property within Langley all have central heating, fitted kitchens and most bathrooms are fitted with level access showers. Some have separate bedrooms and others are of a studio style. All of the first floor properties are connected by a balcony which over looks the well maintained gardens. So all you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy! |
