We have recently improved our Tenant Handbook and we hope it will make it easier and quicker for you to report a repair. You should find the booklet simple to use and we have included clear diagrams and simple explanations for some of the most common problems you may have.

The booklet has been carefully prepared through a consultation partnership between Severn Vale Housing staff and the Customer Forum and we hope you are pleased with the results. It helps to explain what repair needs doing and helps us to order the correct work. Better information helps us to prepare and organise to get the job done quickly and efficiently. |
