The Society has a range of stock including retirement housing across the whole of the Tewkesbury Borough area and some properties in neighbouring local authority areas.

Our policy on General Lettings

The Society seeks to allocate its property taking several factors into consideration including housing need, community requirements, housing supply and demand and sustainability.

The Society will make a percentage of its empty properties available to applicants for housing nominated by Local Authorities where it holds stock.

If you wish to to be considered for suitable housing through the nomination process, please contact the local authority directly, where we have available housing:-
