You now have the option to pay your rent/service charges online via the Allpay website. Please note that Allpay provide a secure internet payment service which they do not charge you for.

What will I need to make my first online payment?

• Your Rent Payment card number (the long number across the middle)
• A valid e-mail address (for payment receipts)
• To select a password which you will need to use for future payments
• The Switch/Debit card that you would like to make the payment with
• Please ensure that you ‘Logout’ using the link at the top left of the screen after making your payment
• Please note that we do not accept payment by Credit Card

Frequently Asked Questions:

When will my payment be added to my rent account?

• Payments made online will be processed the following working day. Therefore, if you make an online payment over the weekend this will show against your rent account on the following Monday

What will I need the next time I make an online payment?

• The Switch/Debit card that you would like to make the payment with

What if I forget my password?

• If you have forgotten your password there is a link after the login page which you can click on. You will then need to enter the e-mail address that you supplied when you made your first payment and a system generated password will be sent to this e-mail address

What if I want to change my password?

• You can change your password by clicking on the ‘My Details’ link at the top left of the payments screen (please note that you need to be logged in to do this)
• You will need to enter your new password twice and also enter your current password

What if I change my e-mail address?

• You can change the e-mail address that your receipts are sent to by clicking on the ‘My Details’ link at the top left of the payments screen (please note that you need to be logged in to do this)
