This year, for the first time, we have allocated money specifically for upgrading and modernising some of the communal areas in and around our larger blocks of flats.

The work of the 2007/8 programme will be concentrating on Shurdington, principally on Downfield House where replacement of the old stairwell screens and doors is due to commence at the beginning of December.
