Victoria Court is a well presented Retirement Scheme specifically for the over 60s which strongly encourages independent living within your own self contained property but also providing access to a communal lounge, kitchen, laundry room and gardens. There is also a guest bedroom available for use with an en-suite shower.

The properties within Victoria Court are all one bedroom flats designed for either single persons or couples. There is also a residents parking area.

The Scheme Manager is on site 9-5, Monday to Friday providing a ‘friendly neighbour’ service. On top of this service all of the properties are fitted with an emergency pull-cord system which can be activated 24hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Scheme Manager also organises events such as Bingo evenings, day trips to local areas, coffee mornings and basic computer lessons can be provided via Age Concern.

All the properties are similar in layout, they have an entrance hall, double or single bedroom, lounge, fitted kitchen with lever style taps and bathroom with level access shower.
