Tynings Court is a well presented Retirement Scheme catering for the over 60s whilst strongly promoting independent living within your own self contained property. The scheme also provides its residents with communal facilities including a lounge, kitchen, laundry room and gardens. This scheme provides its residents with 1 bedroom flats designed for both single persons and couples. It also provides 2 bedroom bungalows, a new addition to this recently upgraded scheme. The Scheme Manager is on site 9-5, Monday to Friday providing a ‘friendly neighbour’ service. On top of this service all of the properties are fitted with an emergency pull-cord system which can be activated 24hours a day, 7 days a week. The Scheme Manager also organises events such as Bingo evenings, day trips to local areas and coffee mornings. They can also arrange for basic computer lessons via Age Concern. All properties at Tynings Court are similar in layout with an entrance hall, bathroom with level access shower, fitted kitchens and a double bedroom. They all have double glazing and central heating.
