Spring Gardens is an over 60s Retirement Scheme situated in the heart of the historic town of Tewkesbury. It’s ‘open deck’ design promotes independent living in your own self contained property but with access to communal lounge, kitchen, laundry room and well maintained gardens. The range of properties at Spring Gardens are one bedroom flats, studio flats and studio bungalows. Spring Gardens also has a residents only parking area. The Scheme Manager is on site Monday to Friday providing a ‘friendly neighbour’ service. On top of this service all of the properties are fitted with an emergency pull-cord system which can be activated 24hours a day, 7 days a week. The Scheme Manager not only provides a ‘friendly neighbour’ service to their tenants but also organises events from coffee mornings to day trips.
