Your rent is due weekly. We consider an account to be in arrears if a payment has not been received by the Friday of that week. You can make rent payments using any of the following methods:

Cash Office - by cash/cheque at our main office

Post - by sending a cheque/postal order to our offices

Telephone - contacting the office and using a Switch/Debit card

Post Office - by cash/cheque using the SWIPE CARD at any Post Office FREE OF CHARGE

Direct Debit - from a bank or building society. Payments by Direct Debit are usually taken on a Thursday every two weeks. The Direct Debit form can be obtained either by clicking here or by contacting the office. If you would like details of the dates these payments are taken please contact us.

PayZone/PayPoint - by using your SWIPE CARD and Switch/Debit card at any shop/garage displaying the PayZone/PayPoint logo

Rent statements are distributed to you on a quarterly basis.
