Severn Vale's vision is to become:
"The best landlord anyone could wish for"
To achieve this Severn Vale has five core goals:
The Society will:
- Aim to be a customer orientated right first time, quality organisation at lowest internal cost.
- Minimise overheads in order to provide services at best value.
- Make a significant contribution to the local economy by taking a leading role in community issues including training and employment initiatives and housing plus initiatives.
- Provide and maintain good quality homes, ensure tenants are consulted, so that this is balanced against the price they are prepared to pay for the services.
- Aim to have highly competent, skilled and committed staff and Board Members.
