You are responsible for any intentional or unintentional damage that is caused to your property through neglect, misuse or criminal damage. Our responsibility is to keep in good repair the structure and outside of the property.

We have recently improved our Tenant Handbook and we hope it will make it easier and quicker for you to report a repair. You should find the booklet simple to use and we have included clear diagrams and simple explanations for some of the most common problems you may have.

Response times to reported repairs will vary depending on their urgency and will be determined according to the following levels of priority:-

Please give staff your name, address, contact telephone numbers and relevant information regarding the nature of the call. Our response times are within 24 hours with the aim to remove any danger to your health and safety and make safe.
