About Us

Severn Vale Housing came into existence in April 1998 following a Large Scale Voluntary Transfer (LSVT) from Tewkesbury Borough Council. Over 3000 homes were transferred to Severn Vale Housing's ownership and an extensive programme of refurbishment and improvement was put into place. 

Severn Vale Housing is a non profit making organisation, which means any money made is reinvested back into the business to create better homes, and regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). Now Severn Vale Housing manage around 3,500 properties and provides services to over 5,000 customers.
