Mutual Exchange - HomeSwapper
Severn Vale Housing is a member of the nationwide mutual exchange scheme called HomeSwapper, which is a web based scheme.
This service provides Severn Vale Housing customers with a monthly updated list. The HomeSwapper service holds details of people requesting mutual exchanges throughout the UK therefore you will also have access to details of properties that do not belong to Severn Vale Housing.
We have funded this service to enable Severn Vale Housing customers to register free of charge. You can register via the internet at home, at your local library or by coming into our offices at Shannon Way. Once you have registered on the HomeSwapper website, they will contact us in order to confirm that you are one of our customers.
Once this has been confirmed, HomeSwapper will then email you to confirm that your registration has been successful. You will then be able to go on line and view matches and HomeSwapper will email you at regular intervals with details of suitable exchange partners.
If you have any difficulties using the new internet based service, please either come into the office, as we hold a folder in reception of our tenants who are registered on Homeswapper.
