Salaries are determined by an independant specialist organisation which benchmarks pay levels to a range of similar organisations and a spot salary is determined accordingly.

Flexible working

A generous holiday allowance, starting at 25 days rising to 31 days (subject to qualifying period) plus bank holidays.

Sick Pay
Up to 6 months full pay and 6 months half pay (subject to qualifying period).

Reimbursement of reasonable relocation expenses for eligible employees.
