The repair reporting tool is quick, convenient and easy-to-use.

The online repair reporting service helps us to provide you with the best possible service.  You can also find useful tips and advice using this service.

Note:  Please contact us by telephone in the case of an emergency.

 

Reporting a Repair by Telephone

Alternatively, you can report your repair by telephone on 01684 272727.

When reporting a repair by telephone, it would be helpful if you would provide us with the following information:

  • Your name 
  • Your address
  • Your telephone number
  • Details of the fault or the repair required
  • Location of the fault or repair 
  • Arrangements for accessing your property 

 

Out of Hours - Emergency Repairs Service - 0800 783 4348

Severn Vale Housing has an emergency out of hours repairs service which is available during the following times:

  • After 5pm Monday to Thursday
  • After 4:30pm on a Friday
  • All day on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday
