The online repair reporting service helps us to provide you with the best possible service. You can also find useful tips and advice using this service.

Alternatively, you can report your repair by telephone on 01684 272727.
When reporting a repair by telephone, it would be helpful if you would provide us with the following information:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your telephone number
- Details of the fault or the repair required
- Location of the fault or repair
- Arrangements for accessing your property

Severn Vale Housing has an emergency out of hours repairs service which is available during the following times:
- After 5pm Monday to Thursday
- After 4:30pm on a Friday
- All day on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday
