Corporate Community Fund

As well as our own Community Development Officer, who works on projects to improve the areas we work in, we also have a small funding pot known as the ‘Corporate Community Fund’. Each year this £10,000 pot is divided between local organisations and community groups to help them deliver work to benefit the local community. In order to be awarded a grant, groups must be able to show how their project will be of benefit to Severn Vale Housing customers by completing a funding application form.

In the last 12 months the fund has supported:

  • Various Community Jubilee parties
  • Tewkesbury Sporting Festival
  • Northway Fete (organised by NARHA)
  • Cleeve Colts Football Club
  • Antenatal Parent Craft classes
  • Severn FM
  • Local Olympic events
  • Tewkesbury Sea Cadets
  • Tewkesbury RFC
  • Discover Tewkesbury's Festival of Christmas Lights
  • Tewkesbury School Boat Club
  • Brockworth Tag Rugby
  • Tewkesbury Tag Rugby

For a more detailed update on who we have supported please see our quarterly updates attached below.
