We aim to offer all of our customers a consistently high quality of service, which is professional, fair and friendly at all times. We have consulted our customers to produce standards so you know what level of service you can expect to receive from us.
Customers have been involved in defining and agreeing our standards and will continue to be involved in monitoring them to make sure we keep our promise to you.
We will regularly publish the results of our performance in our customer magazine 24/Severn, and on our website. We will also review our standards each year to make sure that they continue to reflect what matters to you.
