Communication at Severn Vale Housing
Good communication is an essential part of any business and Severn Vale Housing prides itself on sending clear messages that can be easily understood by all its customers. Clear communication is encouraged throughout the organisation and staff members are trained to use plain English in all the written work we carry out. Our publications are available to download from our website, as well as being available in a printed format.

Our customer magazine
24/Severn is our customer magazine which is published four times a year. It contains useful information about our services and up-to-date news about the communities we serve. SVHS work with the customer editorial panel to ensure the content is customer focused.
Annual report and other publications
Following a review of the annual report publication in 2012, we decided to include a more creative response to our requirement within the customer magazine. This proved to be popular with staff and customers alike, and also helped to save money on a separate publication.
